Emerging Producers is an industry flagship project of the Ji.hlava International Documentary Film Festival and the only one of its kind designed for documentary film producers in Europe. A promotional and educational training brings together talented European documentary film producers and provides easy access to information in the field of the audiovisual industry, focusing on creative documentary film and its forms that overlap with fiction film and visual arts, deeper and wider orientation in the film and assistance with establishing contacts with producers from other countries and thus increase the potential of future European co-production projects.
Adrianna Redzia
Adrianna Rędzia is a graduate of the Łódź Film School. She gained experience collaborating with Munk Studio, the National Film School in Łódź, and Kalejdoskop Film Studio. In 2021, she founded the Lumisenta Film Foundation, where she is responsible for the development of both documentary and feature film projects. She is currently working on international co-productions such as „Made of flesh and fuel” by Pierre Le Gall (France, Poland), „Vojta” by Roman Duris (Czech Republic, Slovakia, Poland) and „The Slugs” directed by Katarzyna Gondek (Poland, Belgium). She is a member of the Polish Filmmakers Association, an alumna of the Emerging Producers 2024 program, and a graduate of Dok.Incubator and Biennale College Cinema. Adrianna is also a member of the European Film Academy and a student at the Polish Academy of Sciences, Institute of Art, in the Department of Film Studies.

In a Norwegian prison, young Polish women, Ana and Zuza, prepare for their upcoming court case. Their former closeness is put to the test as life behind bars challenges their sincerity and mutual feelings. Ana confronts a painful past to discover where the line between friendship and love truly lies.

Alice Schweitzer
Alice is a comedy producer and script consultant. Her editorial input led to a series winning a Rose d’Or Award and she is currently developing her own comedy series with UK production company Little Island Productions. Alice has script edited and worked as a script consultant in East Africa, North America and across Europe.
