It’s delightful, it’s delicious, it’s de-lovely to welcome “Ninja from Manila” by Miko Livelo (prod. by Alemberg Ang) from the Philippines on the Pop Up Film Residency board.
The 5th feature film of Miko Livelo’s follows his previous projects in being based on personal experiences wrapped in humor, family, and love for Japanese Tokukatsu shows.
The story of a father flying his dying son to Japan to fulfill his final wish: to become a ninja was selected in partnership with Kids Kino Industry 2020.
